Mordec International: From a Stuck Loading Screen to an Instant Website

Mordec International Pte Ltd, a Singapore-based marine and offshore company, came to Praferosa Web Works with a website that stalled on a yellow loading spinner for 10+ seconds before showing any content. We rebuilt it hand-coded from the ground up — no WordPress, no bloated plugins — and it's now live at mordec.com.sg.

The Client

Mordec International Pte Ltd operates in the marine and offshore industry out of Singapore — one of the international clients Praferosa Web Works has worked with outside the Philippines. For a B2B company in this space, a website is often the first thing a prospective partner or client checks before a deal conversation even starts.

The Challenge

Mordec's previous website, hosted under its prior domain, opened to a yellow box with a loading spinner that sat there for more than 10 seconds before anything else appeared. For visitors evaluating a marine and offshore supplier, that's a long time to wonder if the site is broken at all — a rough first impression for a company whose business depends on looking reliable.

The Solution

Praferosa Web Works rebuilt the site by hand — plain HTML, CSS, and JavaScript instead of a CMS or page builder. No plugin stack to slow the page down, no unnecessary scripts loading before the content does. The new site was designed around the same goal we build every client site around: show up fast, look credible, and get out of the visitor's way.

The Result

The new Mordec International website is live at mordec.com.sg. There's no spinner and no stall — the page renders immediately.
